Your clipboard history belongs to you. CPBoard stores it on your Mac by default and uses your private iCloud database only when you enable sync.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Xin handles information in connection with CPBoard.

CPBoard is a clipboard history utility designed to store clipboard content on your device.

2. Who we are

Developer / operator: Xin.

3. Information the App processes

All data is stored locally or in your private iCloud database.

4. Where data is stored

By default, clipboard history is stored only on your Mac under Application Support.

5. How we use information

We do not receive your clipboard content. Support information is used only to respond to your request.

6. Website (cpboard.app)

The Site is a static informational website hosted on Cloudflare.

7. Payments

The current direct-download build uses a free activation key and does not ask us for payment details.

8. Permissions

Accessibility is requested only to simulate paste (⌘V).

iCloud / CloudKit is used only when you enable sync.

9. Data retention and deletion

History is retained until you delete it or clear data in Settings.

If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions may propagate to other devices.

You may pause recording at any time.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.

11. International users

Processing primarily occurs on your device and optionally Apple iCloud.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
